Innovative Kids — CPSIA Regulations
We have been receiving many letters, emails and phone calls regarding innovativeKids' compliance with the new laws effective February 10, 2009. Attached please find a letter written by Michael Levins, CEO of innovativeKids, stating that all of our products will be compliant with the new law. Please know that safety has always been a high priority of innovativeKids. Even before these current laws went into effect, we have consistently taken extra measures to ensure the safety of our products by voluntarily testing our products. We appreciate your concerns and are willing and able to answer any questions you may have about the safety of our products.
