Harry Abrams — CPSIA Regulations
Harry N. Abrams, Inc. will be in compliance with CPSIA, and its corresponding regulations by all the required dates. We will have conformity certificates for all the requisite books which are shipped as of Feb. 10, 2009. We are not required by law to have physical certificates in each shipment, but the shipping documents will reference our website where the certificates will be located. Nor are we required by the law, to have certificates for their already existing inventory. To the best of our knowledge all of our existing stock is in compliance with the law.
