Independent product testing ordered by Dover indicates that the that the red paint on the Nutcracker doll included in the Fun Kit and wheels on the toy car included in the Fun Kit does not meet the applicable lead paint standards under the Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act of 2008 and the other regulations issued by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Retailers are asked to immediately stop selling this product and to return any remaining inventory of the product to Dover.
