Crocodile Creek — CPSIA Regulations
1. Please be assured that all current product Crocodile Creek Products conform to standards of the Consumer Product Safety Information Act.
2. The safety of our products and appropriate adherence to government standards continues to be of the utmost concern at Crocodile Creek.
3. All current Crocodile Creek products are safe for lead and have less than the proscribed limits for lead.
4. All current Crocodile Creeks products are phthalate free.
5. All Crocodile Creek products can stay on your product shelves (and continue) to be ordered and reordered before and after February 10.
6. We do have an in-house file for the appropriate certification which you can access at any time. According to CPSC, this is sufficient for your needs. What is required is that you have a reasonable understanding of the safety of the products on your shelves and assurances from the manufacturer that products are safe.
7. Our understanding is that this letter will adequately meet that requirement.
