Who We Are:

Krikorian Miller Associates (KM) is a unique, 18 person sales and marketing organization.

We are a road organization offering intensive in-store coverage to more than 3000 active accounts.

We are professionally managed. Our territory is the six New England States (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts) and New York State (except not New York City or Long Island)

KM was established in 1977

KM brings sales automation to our customers. By utilizing our unique and exclusive KM2000® system with over 80,000 items, KM Reps can present our products by vendor and/or by subject. Ordering is enhanced by the use of a two year buying history for each account.

Our professional Sales Representatives make frequent in-store sales calls to achieve maximum sales.

Additional sales are achieved through our permanent showroom in Newburyport MA.

We utilize innovative and creative marketing.

We maintain a full time, fully staffed, sales, marketing and administrative team.

KM has developed and uses a sales automation system, KM2000 ®. KM2000 ® provides customized visual presentations by manufacturer or by subject, followed by in-store order generation. Our computerized re-order system which provides customers with a 2 year, 4 season sales history, by item ordered, has increased book and gift product sales dramatically. KM reps have the ability to produce full color subject catalogs on demand. These catalogs can be emailed, presented on their lap tops or mailed to customers. In addition KM reps can produce a copy of an order complete with full color illustrations of every item ordered.

Marketing

KM produces and sends a weekly email newsletter sent to over 600 accounts.

KM utilizes state-of-the-art desktop publishing software and has full color printing capabilities.

KM produces full color specialty catalogs focusing on targeted accounts, subjects and events such as Irish, New England, nautical, regional, birds, flowers, babies, Christmas, etc.

KM works closely with the companies we represent to create and distribute product information not only to our reps, but also to our broad customer base.
